fix: replaced use of template with html code inside views.py (i don't understand templates, nor do i want to pretend that i do)

Create and use HTML template to output content from models in desired format.

Add passing_score field to Assignments model.
Create new model "Course" and its admin.

Add relationship between Assignment and Course models.

feat: create WidgetUser model in homepage app, edit homepage reference in installed_apps, and added admin panels for WidgetUser model
