Added the sacamos assignments model for the application. Fixed the admin panel and put instances of the assignment class. Fixed up the settings.py file in the inner project file due to having some issues with missing text.

Configured the settings properly and put the secret key in an env file. Added a new folder for the static files to get pointed into.

Added main branch files into the widget repository. These include the virtual environment folder and the Django project folder.
