added assignments page Django app to the project and updated the inner widget_TypeWriterMonkeyCSCIMoment folder to add a URL in the urls.py file for the assignments page

Configured the settings properly and put the secret key in an env file. Added a new folder for the static files to get pointed into.

Added main branch files into the widget repository. These include the virtual environment folder and the Django project folder.
