Created admins for the 3 models in the Homepage app and added customization in terms of list display, search fields, and filtering

created three classes, named Artist, Album, and Song in the models.py file of the Homepage app folder

Added a .txt file which included information about me and a statement that affirms that the lab was completed by myself
