New Feature: added forms.py for future development

Style: Edited views.py to arrange widget users by alphabetical order (last names)

Fix: corrected minor bugs when displaying names in forum and announcemnts page. corrected bug where passing grade displays zero all the time.

Improvement: added instances of 'Course' via admin page.
Style/Fix: Cleaned HTML formatting of 'forum' page.

New Feature: merged 'forum' branch with current work. All functionality added in 'forum' is now in master branch. See forum branch for more details.

Improvement: edited code of views.py of homepage app to display widget users and their respective information.

Added WidgetUser Information for their respective Departments in homepage.models, and added their respective emails and id numbers
