Improvement: edited code of views.py of homepage app to display widget users and their respective information.

Added WidgetUser Information for their respective Departments in homepage.models, and added their respective emails and id numbers

Added default values for fields in WidgetUser class in homepage.models, and edited Department class of homepage.models

Added to models.py of forum application database schema named 'Posts'. Four test records were added into this database. A superuser account for my use was also created.
