Performed final checks on URL wiring: All URLs working, README file is filled out, .env file is properly storing SECRET_KEY while settings.py can reference the .env file for the SECRET_KEY, and all Lab 1 requirements  met. Ready for submission.

Added a .env file to hide secret key. Testing shows that the rest of the project remains unaffected by this change.

Added a forum app to project along with its URL wiring. Tests were also formed to check if URL wiring to other apps is working. All URL wiring to their respective apps is functioning properly as of this commit.
